Due to the nature of intellectual properties and the inability to unlearn or retract knowledge gained after exposure and access, we do not offer refunds for our Materials.
3. User Conduct

5. Content Standards and Member Conduct
5.1. Defamatory Material: You agree not to post any content in the community area that is defamatory, libellous, or slanderous towards any individual or entity. Defamatory material includes, but is not limited to, false statements that harm the reputation of others.
5.2. Compliance with UK Law: All users must ensure that their contributions to the community area comply with the Defamation Act 2013 and any other applicable laws of England and Wales. Any breach of this provision may result in the immediate removal of the offending content and potential legal action.
5.3. Right to Remove Members: We reserve the right to remove any member from the community area who posts defamatory or inappropriate material, as determined by us in our sole discretion. Such removal may be immediate and without prior notice, and may include the suspension or termination of the member’s access to the community area.
6. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the ASPA Media Ltd website. Your continued use of the Materials after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
